What happens during an initial consultation?
This is where we go over your RV issues, desired services, or restoration ideas with a service advisor. We’ll ask questions to understand your needs and may do a preliminary visual inspection.
Is the initial consultation free?
If you know what the problem is, what needs to be repaired, the consultation is free. However if we have to do a more in-depth diagnostic, the fee is $150.
Can you inspect an RV before I purchase it?
Yes we do on site inspection to advice you before purchasing, and will specify all that may need to be attended to once you purchase an RV. The fee is $150 plus transportation.
Do you handle insurance claims?
We provide quick turnaround RV repair estimates. Call now to set up an appointment!
Do you do body repair and body detailing?
Yes, we do most body repairs all the way from delamination to replacing major accidents parts of the RV. We also handle: Wash / Wax / Interior / Removal of Oxidation!
Do you handle all electrical problems?
Yes, we work with all electrical systems; AC and DC., as well as solar, battery, and even generators.
Why is an inspection important?
It helps identify existing problems, potential future issues, and ensures your RV is safe and functioning correctly. For pre-purchase, it can save you from costly surprises.
How often should I schedule maintenance?
Annual or bi-annual inspections are recommended, with seasonal checks before winter and spring
How do I get a service quote?
After the inspection or consultation, the service center will provide a written estimate outlining the necessary repairs or services, including parts and labor costs.
Is the quote guaranteed?
Quotes are often estimates, as unforeseen issues can arise during work. If that is the case, we will communicate any significant changes to the quote for your approval.
What should I look for in a service quote?
Check for a detailed breakdown of work, itemized parts and labor costs, estimated completion time, and any warranty information.
How long will the repairs take?
This depends on the complexity of the work and parts availability. We will provide an estimated timeframe at the time of the estimation.
What is the “WORST CASE SCENARIO" program?
It offers a video conferencing call with a specialized RV technician so that while you are vacationing in your RV, and something is not functioning properly, we may very well be able to fix it for you by showing you what to do. It most likely will save you a trip to the dealership or the RV repair shop or a phone call to a mobile RV technician who will only be able to visit with you in a few days, or perhaps a few weeks. It may not be the permanent fix, but it could save your vacation.
The program is a yearly membership for only $499 and it offers you as many as six tele-conferencing calls with a professional army technician.
What does an RV inspection involve?
A thorough examination of your RV’s major systems and components, including:
Exterior: Roof, sidewalls, windows, doors, seals, lights, awnings, storage compartments.
Interior: Appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, cabinets, flooring, safety features (smoke/CO detectors).
Mechanical: Engine (if applicable), chassis, suspension, brakes, tires, generator.
The depth of the inspection can vary depending on the service and your needs (e.g., pre-purchase inspection vs. general maintenance check).
What happens during the final walk-through?
You’ll meet with the technician or service advisor to review the completed work. They should explain the repairs, demonstrate functionality, and answer any questions you have.
What is the Comprehensive Inspection?
- We perform a detailed examination of all major RV systems, slide-outs for proper seal and awning operation.
- Change the smoke detector battery
- Check the C02 monitor
- Check gas appliances for operation
- Perform LP gas system inspection
- Clear roof of debris and check for damages, plus joint seals.
For those who do not put as much wear and tear on their RVs, a twice-yearly maintenance plan can do much to minimize surprises while avoiding higher upkeep costs. Our technician will provide a full top-down inspection to ensure that every component on your vehicle is ready for the next adventure.

Repairs can range from applying new sealant to patching holes or replacing sections of the roof membrane.
Awning installation and service: Installing a new RV awning (manual or electric), which involves securely mounting it to the RV sidewall and wiring for electric models. Service includes repairing tears or damage to the awning fabric, fixing mechanical issues with the retraction mechanism, and adjusting or replacing arms and hardware.
